We created the 'S8T machine specially for professional Chimney Cake baking.
Stainless Steel Body
​
The oven's body is made of 1.5mm mirror shiny stainless steel for easy cleaning and strong protection against corrosion and deformations. Lifetime warranty against deep corrosion on the body.
This high productivity oven bakes 8 cakes inside (up to 100 cones per hour in perfect conditions).
Hybrid Heating System
​
We use specially designed reinforced Bulgarian 8mm long-life heaters combined with a smooth adjusting reliable German thermostat at the top to control and ensure the correct baking temperature at all times without any interruptions for the best baking results, even 24/7 without the need for rollers' repositioning in normal environment.

Insulated Handles
​
The wooden door handles and the special material between them and the hot steel provide temperature insulation and protection for your hands. For your convenience you can fit the handles on the top or bottom of the door.
The 'S8T saves TIME. It bakes without rollers' repositioning in normal environment.

You can use the oven's full capacity with both heaters working or use energy saving mode with only one heater switched on.
The 'S8T saves ENERGY.
It consumes less than 400 W/h per baking seat.
Tempered Glass
​
For the oven's doors we use special designed 5mm thick crystal clear tempered glass with operating temperature up to 400°C.
It is a High VISIBILITY oven. The vertical design with glass doors provides visible baking from both sides.
Direct Drive Independent Motors
​
Inside the oven there are 8x independent durable motors with electric protection against manually caused mechanical stops. We use our specially developed Direct Drive System for high reliability.
The 'S8T saves SPACE. It takes only 28cm width from your precious working surface.

We use a 3m long high-quality flexible power cable. Our ovens require AC single phase 110÷125V or 220÷240V, 50/60Hz.
The 'S8T is an electric oven - NO additional unwanted taste in the dough.
High Quality Wooden Rollers
​
In our Economy and Premium oven-kits we include the traditional wooden rollers, made of specially anti-crack treated Bulgarian beech wood for the best baking results.
This oven is equipped with vertical heaters -
NO burning sugar drops - NO smoke and flames.

All the fixing elements, visible or hidden, every single hinge, nut, bolt is made of stainless steel for highest oven's build quality.
