We ship our baking equipment from Bulgaria, European Union. We can provide Certificate of Origin or EUR.1 for countries with trade agreements with Europe. It will decrease the import duties.

For US customers we ship the Chimney Cake Mix from our storage in CT, USA using UPS Ground service. There is no import duties.

For other destinations (outside USA) we ship the Chimney Cake Mix from Bulgaria.

When you specify your shipping address we will offer you exact price and terms for the delivery. We usually use express worldwide shipping with tracking and insurance. The transit time may vary between 1 and 5 business days depending on the destination. All of our oven packs are always IN-STOCK and will be shipped next business day after the payment confirmation. We reserve our rights not to send the Chimney Cake Mix Sample for countries with specific food regulations. Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are buyer's responsibility. Please check in your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. At the time of delivery, the consignee should examine the shipment for loss or damage in the presence of the courier. If there is evidence of loss or damage, the consignee should note it on the delivery receipt. This will be used as evidence to back up the claim for transport defects. Solarika Ltd. shall not be liable for any unrecorded established transport defects after acceptance of the goods.
