We created the 'S8T machine specially for professional Chimney Cake baking. The machine bakes up to 8 cakes at the same time for 3-6 minutes in normal environment depending on the size. We use a Hybrid Heating System with reinforced 8mm long-life heaters and a reliable German thermostat to control the hottest compartment of the oven. This system removes the need for rollers' repositioning in normal environment and ensures the correct baking temperature at all times without any interruptions for the best baking results, even 24 / 7. The vertical oven design with glass doors provides visible baking from both sides of the oven. 'S8T saves  SPACE, TIME & ENERGY offering high productivity - up to 100 cones per hour in perfect conditions. The oven's body is made of mirror shiny stainless steel for easy cleaning and strong protection against corrosion and deformations. All the fixing elements, visible or hidden, every single hinge, nut, bolt is made of stainless steel for highest oven's build quality. For the doors we use 5mm thick special designed crystal clear tempered glass with operating temperature up to 400°C. Inside the oven there are 8 independent motors with electric protection against manually caused mechanical stops. You can use the oven's full capacity with both heaters working or use energy saving mode with only one heater switched on. The wooden door handles and the special material between them and the hot steel provide temperature insulation and protection for your hands. We use a 3m long high-quality flexible power cable. Our ovens require: AC single phase 110÷125V or 220÷240V, 50/60Hz. In our oven-kits we include the traditional wooden rollers, made of specially treated Bulgarian beech wood for the best baking results.
